Mate tea, which is loved in South America as a healthy tea with the nickname of "drinking salad".  A full-fledged mate liqueur that uses Brazilian tea leaves to reproduce the fragrant scent unique to mate and the slightly bitter taste.  It goes well with lime and mint.
